Abstracts, of up to 350 words in English or Hebrew, with a title of up to 60 characters, should be submitted online for review by the Program Committee. The abstract may be keyed into the assigned text box or copied from an MS Word file. The submission will include the name of the presenter and his email address and phone number for communication purposes. The program will include the name of the presenter; once an abstract is accepted by the Program Committee an optional papers may be sent with the names of co-authors.
In addition, the submission process requires the following attachments
High resolution picture of the presenter (JPEG/PNG format).
The submission requires selection of the main topic that the paper addresses out from the Convention's Topics List.
Abstracts submitted via the online procedure will be accepted for review, abstract sent by email or postal mail will not be considered.
Acceptance of abstracts will be notified by email and the review process will follow the schedule detailed below.
After accepting an abstract and including it in the program, the authors may submit a paper for publication on the convention site, via the online process (details will be included in the paper approval notice). The paper should be sent as a MS Word file, written on an A4 page with 25 mm margins on its four sides, use Arial 12 point font and single line spacing. Deadlines and schedule are specified below.
The paper should not exceed 10 pages in length, including abstract, illustrations (tables, graphs, pictures etc.) and bibliographic references. Paper submission is considered as author's approval for its publication in the society website or journal.
Paper submission is assumed as authors' commitment to present it at the convention upon acceptance. Authors should register to the convention.
Presenting a paper in the convention is considered as the authors' agreement of publishing the paper in SEEEI's website or journal. It is the authors' responsibility to make sure that all images included do not violet copy rights. They should obtain publishing rights and include credits if required by the authorize publishers. SEEEI will not be responsible for any copy rights violation.
Following the approval of your submission and acceptance to a specific session in the convention, you will be advised to send the presentation to be used in the convention. It should be in a MS Power-Point format or a PDF format, in 16:9 page format. The presentation will be projected during the session and will be linked to the convention website. Authors are responsible for making sure that all images (photos, figures, etc.) included do not violet copy rights. They should obtain publishing rights and include credits if required by the authorize publishers. SEEEI will not be responsible for any copy rights violation.
The presentation lasts 20 minutes.
Abstract acceptance by the Program Committee is considered as a recommendation for inclusion in the convention program.
Assigning of papers to a specific session is subject to the registration of the author to the convention, and subject to sufficient number of papers submitted to the particular topic.
An "accepted" message by the Program Committee shall not be considered as an obligation to schedule a particular paper/presentation in the convention program or in a particular session.
